From what I here, the state fair brings along with it the
nice gloomy, rainy,
prepare for the cold, pre-winter weather. This made me VERY sad. Fall is my favorite season, and here, surrounded by the beautiful greenery, I was anticipating the change in the leaves. I envisioned myself running through a field of vibrant reds and burnt oranges with the sun shining down and a backdrop of mountains lined with beautiful yellow trees. Well, if I were to try that i'd probably end up wet, sick and covered in mud. Unfortunately, the weather is not doing fall justice.
Since we have been tight on money, I decided to take Handsome's 1-year photo's myself. I wanted to take advantage of nature so I kept my eye on the weather to get at least one day of sunshine in before his birthday to get good pictures. I noticed one day only had a small chance of rain until 2pm so, I rounded up the Fancy Man and we headed out. We took the pics in an area called Hatcher's Pass. It's up the mountains following along a beautiful little river coming down from the mountain.
Here's a few of our finished products.
